IMMOKALEE -Slot Expansion & Tech-Shop Relocation Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Seminole Gaming Immokalee (SGIM) is looking to relocate the existing slot tech shop to an adjacent exterior location in order to expand the existing casino floor. The relocation will allow for the addition of 45 new slot machines and will add approximately 688 SF to the existing casino floor. The relocated tech shop will be approximately 1,200 SF and will be relocated under an existing mechanical dunnage just North of its current location. Structural modifications to existing dunnage will be required in order to make room for new tech shop. 

In addition to the Tech Slot Expansion, a new Zig-Zag ceiling millwork/light fixture is to be replaced with newly designed feature. This modification will entail millwork, drywall and minimal electrical lighting adjustments. 

Add Alternate #1: Video Wall 

SGIM is requesting to replace an existing TV/millwork feature at Zig-Zag bar with new video wall. Scope of work will include demolition of existing system, addition of structural supports, mechanical or venting system to reduce heat and electrical modifications. All finishes are to be returned to existing conditions upon completion. Owner will be directly procuring video wall system. 

Add Alternate #2: Propane Tank Relocation 

SGIM is requesting to relocate an existing propane tank to an underground location adjacent to existing propane tanks. AmeriGas is responsible for disconnecting, removing and relocating the propane tank. Contractors scope shall include excavation, back fill, landscape, gas lines to and from propane tanks and returning site to existing condition. All landscape, concrete and paving shall be returned to existing conditions upon completion
